About the Delaware Manufactured Home Owners Association: "DMHOA had it's beginnings as a county association 26 years ago, and has experienced tremendous growth in the last few years. This growth came about because of the the greater awareness of manufactured home owners as well as the issues and problems related to manufactured homes on leased land. In 2003 DMHOA was the moving force behind a complete revision of state law that gave home owners the first real protection for their investment (home) in the history of Delaware."
